Summer 2016 LCCWRT Outing – Oatlands Plantation

We are pleased to announce our summer 2016 outing, which is a tour of Oatlands Plantation.

According to tour guide Lori Kimball, Oatland’s director of programming and education, “We have a lot to share about our Civil War history and that of the Carter’s smaller plantation, Bellefield, near Upperville.” The 90-minute tour, specially designed by Lori Kimball, will cover the house, then the grounds.   • Cost: $10 per person
  • Directions: Approximately 20 min. from Thomas Balch Library; off US Route 15 South
