Anker’s Shop and Miskel’s Farm: Fighting along the Turnpike

Join local Civil War historians, living historians, and the Loudoun County Civil War 150th Committee in lectures commemorating two Civil War actions fought in eastern Loudoun County – Anker’s Shop and Miskel’s Farm.

Date: Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 10 a.m.

Location: Loudoun Campus, Northern Virginia Community College, Waddell Building, Room LW-118 (free parking at Campus Avenue’s Lot B-2)

Featuring: Brian Boucher, local historian.  Eric Buckland, John S. Mosby historian. Also enjoy first person accounts presented by the Mosby Heritage Area Association’s Gray Ghost Interpretive Group.

Event is FREE of charge.
